How do I get a quote?

Every job and client is different. We like to give an accurate quote and to do is you click Request a Project  and fill out the form. 

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, all work require a 50% deposit before any work can begin.

I need something designed yesterday can you help me?

We can usually accommodate your rush job depending on how full our production schedule is however, a rush fee will be added. 

How do I make payments?

Deposits can be made via National Commercial Bank (NCB), PayPal, FHC account or Sagicor Mycash. Account details will be provided in a email to clients.

What format will I get my work in?
All artwork will be supplied in high res vector format (PDF) so no quality is lost when the work is enlarged or reduced. If you want to use your images for web & social media purposes, then we will gladly supply your files in JPEG & PNG for uploading online or print.
How long does it take to design a job?

Every job & deadline is different. Really you should allow sufficient time for the designing and proofing of your work. If your deadline is very tight, we will do our  best to complete your work within this time. We will, of course, advise at the time of the work. We haven’t missed a deadline yet and don’t intend to in the future!

Is the artwork our property once paid for?

No, not the actual artwork files unless agreed upon in the proposal. However, ALL approved web images and high resolution images purchased are 100% yours once the project is fully complete and paid for.

Is the artwork for my logo something from Microsoft Clip art?

NO, we create and draw artwork from inspiration with information given in the research and branding process. 

Can I cancel on my design at any time?

Yes, you may cancel at anytime, however if the client had only paid the 50% deposit versus paying the full cost for the project he/she will not receive a refund.

How will I receive my design project once it is finished?

A finished project is yours upon receipt of final payment. At your request, we will supply the files to you via your e-mail address, NO files will be sent through Whatsapp or any other medium. We also keep a copy of your project on file for later updates or should you lose your copy.
